Origin Scout is not currently accepting orders. The safeguards below describe a proposed approach, not a live guarantee or insurance programme.

Planned coverage

Subject to final rules, eligible buyers may be able to request help when a paid order does not arrive, arrives materially different from its listing, is damaged on arrival, or is cancelled without an agreed refund.

Likely exclusions

Coverage may exclude changed minds outside applicable return rights, normal wear, misuse, unsupported claims, off-platform payments, prohibited items, late reports, and circumstances outside the published programme. Statutory consumer rights will not be reduced.

How a request may work

1. Contact the seller and keep relevant messages, order details, and photographs.
2. If unresolved, submit a request within the published time limit.
3. Origin Scout may ask both parties for information before deciding the next step.
