Listing responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, images, prices, stock information, delivery expectations, warnings, origin information, and substantiation for claims. Prohibited, unsafe, unlawful, counterfeit, or misleading products may not be listed.
Orders and customers
Final terms will allocate responsibility for fulfilment, shipping, cancellations, returns, refunds, support, taxes, product safety, recalls, privacy, and consumer rights. Sellers must honour all applicable laws and published promises.
Fees and payment
No fee or payout promise is made in this draft. Fees, payment timing, reserves, chargebacks, currency, and processor terms will be disclosed before sellers agree to trade.
Review labels
Sellers must not describe marketplace acceptance as certification, endorsement, investment, or independent product testing. Origin Scout may remove or correct misleading uses of review labels.
Suspension and disputes
The final agreement will set fair procedures for content removal, account restriction, appeals, complaints, indemnities, liability, termination, and dispute resolution.
